**Job Summary**

At a pioneering recycling company, we are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the daily operations of our new plastic processing facility in Jandakot.

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our Erema LDPE Extruder, directing a team to achieve high-quality end products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing maintenance schedules to minimize downtime, monitoring and adjusting parameters to ensure product quality and production efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the Erema LDPE Extruder
  • Develop and manage maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
  • Monitor and adjust parameters to ensure product quality and production efficiency
  • Inventory management of stock, consumables & waste
  • Ensure a high degree of housekeeping at all times

**Requirements**:

  • Previous experience working as a Supervisor within a extrusion, plastic extrusion and/or injection moulding environment
  • Strong leadership capabilities, including daily management, safety, training, coaching, etc
  • Forklift Licence / Front End Loader or Telehandler Licence
