We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill various positions within our cafe team, including Cafe All Rounder, Kitchen Hand, and Team Leader roles.

Cafe All Rounder Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to high standards.
  • Greet and interact with customers in a professional manner.
  • Operate the point of sale system and handle transactions accurately.
  • Restock supplies and maintain a well-presented front of house area.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the cafe.
  • Process cash and card payments efficiently.
Kitchen Hand Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain kitchen areas, including dishwashing and waste management.
  • Unpack and verify deliveries, ensuring stock is rotated and stored properly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked food preparation area.
  • Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily service targets and standards.
Team Leader Responsibilities:
  • Oversee received goods and place orders with suppliers.
  • Verify and submit invoices accurately.
  • Train front of house staff on store processes and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean workspace according to hygiene standards.
  • Communicate important information and feedback to the Cafe Manager.
  • Assist with food and beverage preparation as needed.
Requirements for Success

To excel in these roles, candidates must possess the following qualities:

  • For Cafe All Rounder: Minimum 1 year of cafe experience or equivalent.
  • For Kitchen Hand: Minimum 1 year of hospitality experience.
  • For Team Leader: Prior experience in a leadership role with responsibility for ordering stock.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene principles.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the company.
