Surveyor or Geomatics Technician

We are seeking a skilled Surveyor or Geomatics Technician to join our team at Shadforth, a leading player in the civil construction industry. Our company is dedicated to delivering high-quality projects that shape communities and contribute to sustainable development.

• Conduct survey tasks across multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform calculations and set up site survey works, utilizing GPS machinery and survey-related software.
• Troubleshoot problems on site, applying technical knowledge and expertise.

• Hold formal surveying qualifications or be working towards them (highly regarded but not essential).
• Have previous experience working on subdivisions (highly regarded but not essential).
• Be skilled in survey-related software, such as 12D (highly regarded but not essential).
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and a willingness to work collaboratively within a team.
• Exhibit effective communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering accurate results.
• Hold a strong work ethic and a QLD manual driver's licence.
