Senior Systems Assurance Consultant

The role of a Principal Consultant involves the application of advanced systems engineering and assurance practice to complex, safety-critical socio-technical systems in the rail domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver services using systems engineering and assurance practice.
  • Manage and deliver projects to clients within designated practices.
  • Exercise independence and originality in formulating solutions or resolving complex systems assurance issues.

Your work products will be accurate and authoritative, requiring no supervision to achieve successful outcomes for our clients. You are expected to expedite successful achievements in your areas of expertise.

Requirements:Qualifications:
  • Degree in Electrical/Electro-mechanical Engineering, Electronics or Communication, or similar technical disciplines.
  • Masters degree or professional certifications are advantageous.
Experience:
  • Twelve or more years of systems assurance and engineering consulting with a proven track record of customer focus.
  • Experience leading or guiding multiple large project teams on system scope and technical processes.
Skills:
  • Advanced communication skills, including business writing and presentations.
  • Experience interpreting and applying relevant standards in engineering delivery projects.

Knowledge of change control management tools and processes is also desirable. A well-developed analytical and judgment skillset for solving complex problems and evaluating alternative courses of action is essential.
