About the Role

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Dusk team as a Christmas Casual Customer Assistant. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping us achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience.
  • Contribute to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and store success metrics.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a dynamic and engaging store environment.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge, sharing expertise with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring our store is visually appealing and inspiring.
