This role is crucial for overseeing traffic management activities across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and directing on-site teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee traffic control measures at various project sites.
- Ensure the safety of personnel and the public during traffic operations.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams to maintain high standards of performance.
- Possession of a Level 3 Traffic Controller certification.
- Proven experience in supervising a crew within the traffic management field.
- Ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Desirable to hold a TMA license and heavy rigid license.
- Current traffic management certifications: RIWHS205E & RIIWHS302 or equivalent as per AGTTM requirements (TC1, TC2, TMI1/TMI2/TMI3).
- Industry Induction White Card.
- Commitment to personal and team safety, as well as environmental responsibility.
- A proactive safety-first mindset for yourself and your colleagues.
