Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of patients with physical and functional deficits, planning and implementing individual/group physical therapy treatments, and collaborating with other disciplines to arrange for appropriate follow-up care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct physical therapy evaluation procedures according to professional and departmental guidelines.
  • Develop and implement individual/group treatment plans that reflect the needs of the patients while meeting departmental, institutional, and third-party reimbursement requirements.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to arrange for appropriate follow-up care and facilitate a successful return to home and work environments.
  • Provide patient education on self-management techniques and provide verbal and/or written instructions as indicated.
  • Participate in the development and evaluation of physical therapy programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's/Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution by time of hire. A current Commonwealth of Massachusetts license is also required. Experience in pelvic health is preferred but not required. You must possess strong interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact with patients, families, and various members of the healthcare team.
