Job Title: Store Manager | Canberra City Store

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join our team at our Bonds Canberra City Store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences, helping them to deliver on team budgets and KPIs. You will also be responsible for succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help them to deliver on team budgets and KPIs
  • Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes
  • The execution of Visual Merchandising in-store and ability to use your own discretion to make commercial decisions
  • Understanding of Stock Management processes and can prioritise tasks
  • Previous experience coaching and providing on-the-spot feedback with your team
  • Analyse reports to make commercial decisions that drive your business
