About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Sustainability Analyst to contribute to the development and implementation of our ESG strategy and associated processes, plans, and policies.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of sustainability and social impact, excellent stakeholder management, engagement, and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and manage projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our ESG strategy and associated processes, plans, and policies.
  • Support the design and delivery of our Social Impact Tools, including Social Needs Analysis, Social Investment Framework, Solutions Matrix, and Social IQ.
  • Provide strategic sustainability advice to leaders, interpreting and applying industry knowledge and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support social reporting, data analysis, benchmarking, and gap analysis.
  • Develop social impact communications and collateral for various channels.
  • Support the execution of our CARE Foundation Strategy and grants program.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About You
  • A property or sustainability-related tertiary qualification is desirable.
  • Property industry, social impact, or sustainability experience is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated professional experience in research, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to collaborate with other professionals towards commercial sustainable outcomes.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and management.
  • Project management and communication skills.
  • Quantitative and qualitative data analysis capabilities.
