Job Opportunity

As the peak caravan and camping industry body, we promote the industry and support over 330 businesses.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, business acumen, and strong knowledge of business processes. They will also have outstanding customer service and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as experience with administrative tasks and data entry.

This role involves coordinating events, managing office equipment, maintaining records, and working with key stakeholders to develop consumer demand.

The successful candidate will be flexible and adaptable, able to meet tight deadlines and manage changing priorities. They will also have Australian work rights and experience with Xero and CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: General business administrative duties, including answering phone calls, actioning emails, ordering supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
  • Data Entry: Maintaining member database systems, including CRM.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining records and supporting the team to provide service excellence to members.
  • Travel Arrangements: Booking flights, accommodation, hire cars, and creating itineraries.
Events Coordination
  • Event Planning: Assisting with event coordination, including bump in & bump out for Perth Caravan & Camping Shows and Busselton Caravan & Camping Shows.
  • Organising Events: Organising events, arranging AV, catering, creating and distributing invitations, recording RSVPs, and conducting follow-up actions.
  • Member Engagement: Coordinating member training events, webinars, seminars, and functions.
  • Financial Management: Processing and following up on outstanding payments, completing invoicing and renewal processes, and coordinating credit card reconciliations.
Process Governance
  • Governance Registers: Creating and maintaining governance registers, policies, procedures, calendars, and compliance.
Brand Management
  • Online Presence: Updating and maintaining Member and Exhibitor listings on our website and coordinating our exclusive Members Toolkit, loading and organising resources.
