Assistant Concession Manager

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Assistant Concession Manager. As part of our dynamic retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our concession stores.

In this key role, you will assist in driving sales, profit, and productivity by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators as set by the business. You will focus on creating a warm and genuine customer experience and building a team that is empowered to excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a customer-centric culture, creating a meaningful in-store experience.
  • Assist in driving sales, profit, and productivity through effective management of store operations.
  • Support the Concession Manager in leading the team towards achieving commercial objectives.
  • Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A passion for the retail industry, excellent customer service skills, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
  • Support the Concession Manager in managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of the team.
  • Operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
