Your Role

As a Busser/Runner, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our guests receive excellent service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome every guest into our restaurant with a smile
  • Set up stations for the shift
  • Ensure silverware and condiments are on the table
  • Refill drinks and pre-bus tables
  • Run hot food to guests when ready
  • Provide guest support for Servers as needed
  • Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Clean dishes from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
  • Communicate table readiness
  • Break down items in the dish area
