Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate event requirements and delivery for all functions and events.
  • Ensure detailed and accurate information is provided in event orders and related documentation.

  • Liaise with marketing partners and media organisations to provide final artwork within agreed timelines.
  • Process invoices and monitor client payments in a timely manner to finalize accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years' experience in sales/operations and events in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management and prioritization skills are essential, as is the ability to work under pressure. A personable, approachable, and effective communicator, the successful candidate will possess an exceptional level of accuracy and attention to detail.
