Identity and Access Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management Lead to join our team at Technology People Australia. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for leading and owning the technical identity components, as well as contributing to the IDAM strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Development: Design, develop, and support IDAM solutions, providing technical direction and guidance for the IDAM platform.
- Testing: Ensure testing approaches and test coverage address technical compliance.
- Maintenance and Support: Undertake IDAM problem analysis, propose and implement solutions, and provide support for IDAM maintenance.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify, support, and counsel stakeholders to produce innovative and acceptable solutions, and implement ongoing improvements for maintaining and improving supportability of technology and applications.
- Experience in designing and developing IDAM solutions, preferably with Sailpoint.
- Experience in administering and managing IDAM platforms, preferably with Sailpoint.
- A strong knowledge of AD and exposure to CyberArk.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers.
- Experience in other application development areas is advantageous.
- Work for a business classified as the highest of critical industries.
- Pathway to a formal IDAM Manager position.
- Investments in training and certifications, both technical and business/managerial.
