We are seeking an ambitious sales professional to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong eagerness to learn, excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to think on their feet.
- Greet clients and manage the onsite sales office.
- Deliver a consistent customer service orientated sales experience with all prospective purchasers.
- Assist the sales & marketing manager with weekly reporting and assist with executing tasks related to marketing campaigns.
- Anticipate and host marketing events, conduct required marketing research and answer incoming phone calls within business hours.
- Prepare prospecting sales marketing materials, build out and execute webinars, WeChat articles, EDMs and emails.
- Help manage and implement our Digital Asset Management platform, assist with general admin tasks such as display suite maintenance, merchandise ordering, distribution and shipping.
- Conduct defect checks and builder reports when settlement approaches and assist with customer/existing purchaser settlement consulting & assistance when settlement approaches.
About You:
- You have a strong desire to learn and grow, excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
- You love the real estate industry and high growth environments, and you are a recent graduate or have 6 months + experience in a similar position.
