The Role

You will report to Partner Greg Midgley, who heads up our commercial practice in Darwin. You will work closely with a team of experienced lawyers, assisting clients with diverse commercial matters, including general commercial, property transactions, and major project work. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with clients across various industries, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service
  • Developing your drafting and transactional skills, working on complex commercial matters

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 2-4 years post-qualification experience from a reputable front-end practice
  • Familiarity with property law transactions and PEXA (desired)
  • A conscientious approach and strong academic results
  • A passion for delivering exceptional client service and building effective relationships
