Our client is a leading Aged Care provider in Australia, committed to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals requiring specialized care.
Key Responsibilities- Assessing the health needs of residents and clients and formulating comprehensive care plans.
- Administering prescribed medications and treatments.
- Providing clinical leadership and championing best practices in care delivery.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Monitoring and meticulously documenting residents' progress while maintaining accurate records.
- Managing a modern Aged Care Centre.
- Supporting and collaborating with all staff in the facility.
- Registered Nurse qualification with current APHRA
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a care manager or senior registered nurse with prior management experience as a team leader or in another managerial role, are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in aged care, clinical nursing, or related fields.
- Evidence of COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations.
- Experience with dementia care and palliative care support.
- Good understanding of NDIS body and its mode of operations
