Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced scaffolder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for erecting, dismantling, and altering tube & fitting scaffolds.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scaffolding and possess relevant qualifications. They will also have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and have the ability to fit in with our company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Erect, dismantle, and alter tube & fitting scaffolds.
  • Workout required materials for each job.
  • Discuss, listen, and work with supervisors to achieve daily goals.
  • Carry out tasks within agreed time limits.
  • Carry out 'Scaffold Inspection Checklist' for each project.
  • Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with the job.
  • Discuss job requirements with clients.
  • Review and carry out Safety, Quality, and Environmental procedures.
  • Provide feedback when identifying deficiencies, discrepancies, or potential improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Relevant qualifications and completed an appropriate apprenticeship.
  • Skills in configuring, erecting, and dismantling scaffolding.
  • Minimum 2 years of scaffolding experience.
  • Scaffold Basic Ticket + Working & Height + Confined Space.
  • Ability to fit in and work well in a team environment.
  • Requisite knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials common to the trade.
  • Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations for this role.
