Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking dedicated and passionate professionals to join our team as part-time or full-time Early Childhood Educators.

This role offers a positive and supportive culture, training opportunities, and rewarding work.

We welcome applicants who are working towards an ACECQA recognised Diploma in Early Education and Care qualification.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality education to children aged 0-6 years old.
  • Develop and implement developmentally appropriate programs for the children.
  • Work collaboratively with other educators, families, and children to provide a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Plan, reflect, work, and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent as approved by Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority).
  • Knowledge of early childhood development and learning outcomes.
  • Ability to assist in the provision of a developmentally appropriate program for the children.
  • Reasonable knowledge and understanding of the National Law and Regulations.
