**About the Position**

We are looking for Home Care Workers in the Kilcoy area on a permanent part-time basis to provide practical and emotional support to our clients, enabling them to remain living independently and comfortably in their own homes. This includes:

  • Assisting with personal grooming and hygiene
  • Medication assistance
  • Transport assistance to activities or appointments in the community
  • Domestic duties
  • Food shopping, menu planning and meal preparation

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Disability Services or similar field
  • Completion of Module HLTHPS006 - Assist clients with medication (or commitment to obtain)
  • Completion of Module HLTAAP001 - Recognise healthy body systems (or commitment to obtain)
  • A current National Police Certificate
  • An Open Queensland Driver Licence and your own reliable vehicle
  • Immunisation against Tetanus, Hepatitis A and/or Hepatitis B (desired)
  • Full Covid Vaccination evidence
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, able to manage your time and support clients to do the same in an everyday capacity
