Job Overview

We are a leading Custom Metal Fabrication and Stamping Company with a long history of success.

We seek a seasoned Manufacturing Professional to join our team and play a key role in our growth strategy to double revenue and staff size.

Responsibilities
  • Develop optimal practices for tooling and process design to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide technical expertise on manufacturing processes to ensure quality control.
  • Drive innovation by identifying new technologies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase quality.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to meet milestones and address technical challenges efficiently.
  • Design and prepare tooling, jigs, and fixtures for efficient manufacturing operations.
  • Sustain continuous improvement by implementing cost reduction and tooling enhancements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in manufacturing engineering, with experience leading projects.
  • Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks preferred) and Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
  • Experience in metal fabrication and process improvement is essential.
  • Specific experience with laser, press brake, and welding processes is an advantage.
