The Job Description

The Lead Analytics Consultant will be responsible for shaping and implementing clients' digital measurement strategies. This involves drawing on deep expertise in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and privacy-first solutions to identify complex analytics challenges and translate them into actionable technical implementations.

This role requires the ability to design and implement advanced digital measurement solutions, drive GA4 and GTM implementations, architect robust data collection ecosystems, and provide expert guidance on privacy-first measurement.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making, analytics software, and data integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Digital Measurement Solutions: Lead the planning, design, and implementation of comprehensive data analytics across diverse digital channels and platforms, primarily using the Google Analytics 360/GA4 suite.
  • Drive GA4 and GTM Implementations: Execute complex GA4 and Google Tag Manager configurations, including advanced data layer strategies, custom event tracking, and server-side tagging.
  • Architect Robust Data Collection Ecosystems: Develop and maintain client-side and server-side sources of truth for analytics data, integrating with various technologies such as TMS, CDP, and CMS.
  • Provide Expert Guidance on Privacy-First Measurement: Act as a subject matter expert on evolving privacy regulations, cookie deprecation, and browser ID changes, ensuring clients' measurement strategies are future-proof and compliant.
  • Translate Business Needs into Technical Measurement Strategies: Collaborate closely with clients to identify core measurement and analytics needs, translating them into detailed technical specifications and actionable implementation plans.
  • Lead Client Engagements and Project Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and meet client objectives.
