About the Role

As a Compliance Review Specialist at Dental Corporation, you will be responsible for conducting thorough reviews of claims to ensure compliance with policies and legislation. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your analytical skills and attention to detail in a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate and timely clinical assessments of assigned claims, utilizing your knowledge of health insurance products and policies.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, healthcare practitioners, and other stakeholders, providing clear explanations of claims decisions and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements that support effective claim review and implementation.

Requirements

  • A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to identify and interpret policy rules and legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and stakeholders in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems and MS Office suite, with advanced data entry skills.
