Relationship Manager

At REA Group, we're looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Group, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and driving revenue growth through product upgrades and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with customers through virtual and face-to-face channels
- Identify customer needs and growth opportunities, engaging relevant team members to action
- Grow revenue through product upgrades and maintain 100% product retention
- Drive product and feature usage through quarterly business reviews and connecting customers with Customer Success
- Maintain strong relationships with team members across Specialist Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Sales Support
Requirements:
- Proven track record of building meaningful connections with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills
- 'Can-do' attitude
- Ability to approach tasks creatively and think outside the box
- Experience in SaaS is desirable
- Knowledge of real estate and marketing methods is helpful
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Previous use of CRM systems (Salesforce)
