Subcontracts Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Subcontracts Specialist to join our E-7A Development team in Brisbane. This key role is responsible for managing existing subcontracts and driving subcontractor collaboration to ensure timely performance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
- Manage existing subcontracts, including developing sourcing strategies and approaches to market.
- Prepare, negotiate, and execute subcontract documentation in accordance with delegations of authority.
- Participate in risk identification and mitigation planning to ensure compliance with supply chain management corporate governance policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Three to five years' work experience in contracts management or procurement.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in law, business, or commerce.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of contracting and procurement responsibilities and their interdependencies with other departments and disciplines.
