Job Title: Cafe Assistant Job Description:

FLEUR ESPRESSO is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires experienced individuals who share our values of high energy, consideration, and motivation. Our team members are expected to provide exceptional service at all times while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Our cafe offers a relaxed atmosphere, and we strive to provide an enjoyable experience for our customers. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a motivated group of individuals.

Applicants must be willing to work weekends, possess experience in the cafe industry, and be well-presented. A positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Experienced floor staff will be given preference. We're looking for individuals who embody our company culture and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

We offer competitive pay rates, starting at $27 per hour, as well as various benefits, including employee discounts, free drinks, and free food.

Working hours will include 8-hour shifts, every weekend, with opportunities for overtime pay.

To succeed in this role, applicants must have prior experience working in a cafe environment, preferably as a section waiter within the past 6 months.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience in a cafe floor environment (required)
  • 1 year of experience as an all-rounder (required)
