The Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Wingfield.

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and compliant diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and fault-find machinery for repair, maintenance, and service
  • Carry out major services on site and field work
  • Ensure that machinery is repaired and serviced in a timely manner
  • Comply with relevant OH&S requirements
  • Complete all paperwork accurately and promptly
  • Servicing machinery under warranty

Requirements

About You

  • AUS/NZ Trade qualified Diesel Mechanic, Automotive Electrician, Plant Mechanic, or similar
  • Experience in maintaining, servicing, and repairing mobile equipment in a mining or heavy industry environment
  • Skilled in diagnosis and fault-finding in the mechanical assessment of machinery for repair, maintenance, and service in the field
  • Demonstrated skills in understanding customer support requirements
  • Ability to work unsupervised and follow instructions
  • Team player who will adhere to and promote the Company's Values & Behaviours
  • Current driver's license
  • OEM experience is highly desired
