About the Role:
We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team at our Fyshwick Nick Scali Clearance showroom.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity, working 35 hours a week across five days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Provide product knowledge and offer solutions to customers' furnishing needs.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
- Ensure the showroom is maintained according to Nick Scali's Visual Merchandising standards.
About You:
We are looking for a motivated and driven individual who is passionate about luxury furniture and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Physical fitness to move heavy and bulky items in-store.
