Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking to establish a pool of Kindergarten to Year 2 Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies.

A strong knowledge of the WA Curriculum, Early Years Learning Framework, and National Quality Standards is essential. Key attributes include being collaborative, flexible, a proactive team member with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, and a conscientious and diligent approach to the role.

Experience with evidence-based programs, including the effective use of daily reviews in literacy and numeracy, is highly regarded. A passion for play-based, hands-on learning—balanced with explicit instruction across all curriculum areas—is vital.

The successful candidate will have a high level of professional skill, driven by a commitment to high-performance teaching and learning. They will be open to participating in a culture of observation and feedback, recognizing its value for professional growth and improved student outcomes.
