We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Station Street IGA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serving customers with a high standard of customer service
  • Preparing deli displays and using deli machinery and ovens in preparation of foods and customer orders
  • Setting up, preparing and closing the deli area
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleaning throughout the deli area
  • Cooking chickens in an industrial oven
About You:
  • Previous deli experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Food Safety policies/processes essential
  • Proven experience with providing excellent customer service essential
  • Ability to complete manual handling tasks including repetitive bending, twisting and lifting essential
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative where required
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced / team-based environment
  • Well presented and professional with excellent communication skills
  • Good organisational skills and a high standard of hygiene
  • Customer service focused and understanding of supermarket best practice
  • Enthusiasm to work within a team environment
