- As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a crucial part in supporting the Store Manager to maximize store success.
You'll be responsible for creating a customer-centric environment, achieving sales targets, delivering consistent store standards, and managing costs. Additionally, you will train and coach the store team to deliver exceptional service and achieve business objectives.
Your Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong leadership approach with experience working in high-volume retail environments.
- At least two years' experience working with animals and people.
- Strong retail management/supervision skills with a minimum 1-year experience in management.
- Proven ability to lead a team with a focus on team engagement.
- Friendly, patient, and eager to develop and train others.
- Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
