About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead integrity services within the Department of Fire and Emergency Services.

We are seeking an individual with expertise in investigations, integrity standards, and fraud control activities. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

The role involves leading high-level assessments and investigations, developing integrity standards, and contributing to the development of fraud and corruption control activities. You will also be responsible for coordinating training requirements and delivering training programs on integrity, Code of Conduct, and Accountable and Ethical Decision Making.

As a key member of the DFES Professional Standards team, you will work closely with the Director, Professional Standards, to assess and manage integrity risks, develop policies, and implement procedures to maintain the highest level of integrity within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investigations, integrity, and risk management. A qualification in investigations or a related field would be highly desirable, but not essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to maintaining the highest level of integrity within the Department of Fire and Emergency Services.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
