We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master to lead our tug operations across various ports in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable vessel operations.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our team as a Master. You will be responsible for taking charge of the vessel and crew, leading by example and demonstrating exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking command of the tug and managing the crew to ensure safe, efficient operations.
  • Coordinating crew attendance, stores provisioning, and maintaining operational readiness.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, statutory obligations, and safety management systems.
  • Managing crew discipline, supervising tug maintenance, and preparing operational reports.
  • Conducting inductions, mentoring crew members, and supporting skills training and development.
