Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Store Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with at least 2 years' experience in managing multi-site or big box stores, who possesses a deep understanding of store operations and has a proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen and a head for numbers, enabling them to monitor and manage multiple levels of performance including sales and profitability, inventory and labour. They should be confident and cool-headed under pressure, persevering in the face of inevitable setbacks.

Our Store Manager will understand how critical they are to ensuring a positive experience for our customers. They will take personal accountability for the in-store experience and upholding our brand to the highest standard, and ensure others do the same. Most importantly, they will believe in the value of growing their team through regular and systematic coaching and feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of our stores to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve exceptional results.
  • Monitor and control expenses to maintain a high level of financial efficiency.
