Job Title: Leadership Focused Accounting Professional

The Business & Tax Advisory team is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage a portfolio of clients while mentoring and supporting junior staff.

You will play a key role in maintaining high service standards, reviewing completed work, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients.

What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years' experience in public practice accounting
  • 1+ year of leadership or mentoring experience (title not essential)
  • CA/CPA qualified or near completion
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Darwin
  • Strong communicator with a positive, team-focused leadership style
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own portfolio of clients and ensure delivery of high-quality services
  • Mentor, train, and support junior team members
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive division performance
  • Provide high-level tax and business advisory services to a range of clients
  • Flexible working hours: early starts and finishes available
