The Workers' Compensation Self-Insurance Compliance Officer role is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our operations and make a real impact. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the organization adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to self-insured workers' compensation programs. This involves monitoring compliance, conducting audits, and providing guidance to maintain the integrity and effectiveness of the self-insurance program.
Responsibilities:
- Compliance Monitoring: Regularly review and assess compliance with state and federal regulations regarding self-insured workers' compensation.
- Audit Coordination: Plan and conduct audits of self-insurance practices and claims management to identify areas of improvement and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to workers' compensation self-insurance.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
