English Language Instructor Opportunity

Job Description:

Deliver high-quality English language instruction to international students in a dynamic and supportive learning environment. Create a positive and motivating atmosphere that encourages student participation and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach classes on a regular basis, covering absences as needed
  • Monitor student attendance, participation, and assessment results to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Address problems promptly and take action on identified issues or queries
  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans catering to diverse student needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Recognised undergraduate or postgraduate degree and TESOL qualifications
  • Familiarity with digital teaching technologies and resources
  • At least three years' experience in teaching
  • Expertise in curriculum and materials development
  • Experience using learning management and student management systems
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills
  • Ability to remain flexible and agile to meet organisational needs
  • Strong management and interpersonal skills
