We are seeking a highly skilled Concrete Batch Supervisor to join our team. This role will provide an opportunity for growth and development in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company's brand with integrity.
  • Take orders, finalise sales and batch concrete according to specific mix designs.
  • Schedule rostering and truck movements using software.
  • Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements.
  • Order raw materials as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role and confidence with computers would be highly regarded.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
  • Plant Operator experience (FEL preferred).
  • Proven ability to prioritise work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
