About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Team Leader to serve as a subject matter expert for clinical matters and provide guidance and leadership to our clinical team at Kincare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, client-focused services while driving billable hours and meeting customer needs.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to our clinical team, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and excellence.
  • Mentor and develop clinical employees, guiding them to deliver superior customer outcomes and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Guide the team to deliver high-quality services, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

About You:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) or Allied Health professional (Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist) with a proven clinical knowledge base.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead a remote workforce, with a strong focus on customer experience and service delivery.
  • Strong experience as a Registered Nurse/Allied Health professional, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong internal relationships.
  • Ability to provide advice and guidance on complex care, clinical hazards, escalations or incidents, with a strong focus on patient safety and well-being.
  • A strong customer experience focus gained through working in a similar or comparable industry, with a demonstrated ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure, with the ability to work independently and proactively, identifying issues and potential solutions.
  • Advanced computer skills including word, excel, power point, database management, with an understanding of auditing and legislation requirements and the ability to interpret accordingly.
