We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at integratedliving Australia Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our clients, enabling them to live their best lives at home.
Key Responsibilities- Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and meal preparation, to support our clients' independence.
- Offer social support, creating a vibrant and engaging environment that promotes well-being and happiness.
- Develop and implement health initiatives that make a positive impact on our clients' lives.
- Assist clients with community activities, such as shopping trips and medical appointments.
- Transport clients safely and reliably, providing a trusted and supportive presence.
- Monitor clients' health and wellbeing, providing regular updates and support as needed.
- Current driver's license and insured vehicle.
- First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Qualifications: Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar).
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using smartphones and tablets.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Empathetic and respectful, with a kind and caring approach.
