The Ultimate Collaboration Opportunity

As a Senior Analyst on our Data and Analytics team, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to drive player engagement, feature performance, and identify opportunities for product growth. You'll utilize your expertise to provide actionable insights, distill complex data into meaningful recommendations, and shape the product roadmap through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver valuable insights into user behavior and inform product decisions.
  • Develop best practices for experimentation and propose initiatives to enhance the experimentation program.
  • Conduct advanced statistical/machine learning analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and provide actionable insights.
  • Design intuitive dashboards and self-serve tools to effectively communicate findings and performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, automation possibilities, and the implementation of cutting-edge analytics techniques.
  • Communicate results and findings across the organization to all levels of leadership.
  • Guide junior analysts in developing quality, clarity, and analytics skills.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience delivering insights from data to guide optimization in gaming or product development.
  • University Degree in Statistics, Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field of study.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python (or equivalent).
  • Experience in data analysis, statistics, and experimentation.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Effective storytelling skills for presenting technical findings to diverse audiences.
