Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in the PEGA platform and a proven track record in fraud prevention or business banking projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to translate them into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
  • Design and configure PEGA applications to support fraud workflows and business banking processes.
  • Lead process mapping, gap analysis, and solution walkthroughs with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure scalable designs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Tech BA in financial services or consulting with direct experience on the PEGA platform.
  • Domain expertise in fraud prevention, scam detection, AML/KYC, or business banking operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in process flows, decisioning, and integration requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with technical teams and executive stakeholders.
