Job Description

The Aquatic Services Coordinator is a key role within our swim school, responsible for the management and operation of our aquatic programs. This position will lead the delivery of high-quality swim lessons and services to our customers.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as an Aquatic Services Coordinator. The successful applicant will have a strong background in swimming and education, with experience in leading teams and delivering customer-focused services.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about swimming and committed to providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and deliver high-quality swim lessons and services to our customers
  • Lead and manage a team of swim teachers and support staff
  • Develop and implement programs to increase participation and engagement in our swim school
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer feedback and concerns
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a swim school environment
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with experience in leading teams and developing staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and other stakeholders
  • Passion for swimming and commitment to delivering high-quality services
