Commercial Finance Leader

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to play a pivotal role in shaping commercial success for our two fast-growing, private equity-backed joint ventures.

This is a high-impact position working closely with CEOs, providing strategic financial leadership and building best-in-class finance processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all finance functions across the two joint ventures
  • Deliver accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax, and audit requirements
  • Provide commercial insights to support pricing, margin improvement, and cost control
  • Drive customer profitability analysis and support contract management
  • Lead the migration to Business Central and optimize finance processes
About You
  • Experience: 7+ years in financial accounting, CA (or equivalent) preferred
  • Background: Technical accounting background, now thriving in a commercial finance role
  • Skills: Month-end close, management accounting, Xero/Myob (Business Central exposure desirable)
  • Commercial Acumen: Confident supporting strategic decisions and driving profitability
  • Leadership: People-first leader who can build and grow a small finance function
