We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate, Commercial Litigator or Insolvency Lawyer to join our team at Macro Recruitment in Brisbane.
About the Role:This is a full-time opportunity to manage high-stakes litigation and insolvency cases for a diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in commercial litigation and insolvency, strong court advocacy skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases under pressure.
The successful applicant will work closely with colleagues on case strategies and mentor junior staff. They will also be involved in business development and networking activities to contribute to the firm's growth through referrals.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Engagement & Case Preparation: Meeting with clients, strategizing for ongoing cases, and conducting detailed legal research.
- Court Appearances & Litigation Management: Preparing for and attending court proceedings, overseeing multiple cases, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Working with colleagues on case strategies and mentoring junior staff.
- Business Development & Networking: Engaging in networking activities, attending industry events, and contributing to the firm's growth through business development initiatives.
- Expertise in commercial litigation and insolvency.
- Strong court advocacy skills.
