About The Role

This is a senior-level position within the Land Domain, focused on delivering commercial pricing and finance solutions for major acquisition projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of comprehensive project cost estimates in support of Government Committee processes.
  • Provision of statistical simulation of cost and schedule risks to inform business decisions.
  • Creation of financial business case documentation to support program affordability.
  • Analysis of tendered responses to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Conduct of financial analysis to inform project execution planning.
  • Compilation of comprehensive basis of estimate documentation to support the financial business case.
  • Carriage of the cost proposal through relevant stakeholders and agencies.
  • Preparation of written and oral briefs to internal and external leadership.
  • Strategic guidance on funding options to achieve program affordability.
  • Development and provision of cost modelling artefacts to support multiple committee stages.

About You:

  • Experience in project management and delivery within the Land Domain.
  • Knowledge of cost estimation and risk analysis techniques.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
