Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and dependable allied health professional to lead our cohesive and accomplished team as a Clinical Allied Health Service Director. As a director at National Occupational Therapy, you will offer guidance to a diverse group of professionals, working together to impact the lives of others positively. Our directors maintain their own caseload and deliver services in various settings such as homes, clinics, and communities.
Additionally, they collaborate closely with other directors and senior managers to achieve business objectives related to client satisfaction, team growth and relationships, performance, and overall well-being.
About YouWe like to keep an open mind when it comes to bringing therapists on board. With that being said, there are a few requirements for our therapists which are:
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy or Psychology.
- 5+ years experience working as a Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist or Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner.
- Full Time or a minimum of 0.8FTE
- AHPRA/SPA/NDIS Registration
- NDISWC / WWCC (or willingness to apply)
- Current Australian driver's licence and able to travel with your own vehicle
