- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and process clearance applications, verifying information against established guidelines.
- Manage and respond to high-volume clearance inquiries, providing timely assistance to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to initiate, monitor, and finalize security clearance processes.
- Liaise with external vendors and government agencies to facilitate clearance processing.
- Ensure adherence to the Australian Government's Protective Security Policy Framework and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and submit documents for delegate approval and conduct quality control checks.
- Compile and analyze data to maintain efficient clearance processes and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Experience in a similar role, preferably with knowledge of the Australian Government's Protective Security Framework.
