Business Partnering Specialist

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fully remote setting, supporting the HR team with various tasks. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for publishing job postings, tracking candidate applications, and assisting in maintaining employee records.

The role requires strong written communication skills, an eye for design, and experience with content planning tools such as Canva or Google Workspace. Familiarity with social media, employer branding, and internal communications is also essential.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support the scheduling and coordination of interviews between applicants and managers
  2. Assist in drafting internal announcements and HR communications
  3. Help plan and coordinate team engagement activities or virtual events
Requirements:
  • Experience in HR, administration, or marketing
  • Familiarity with basic content planning tools
  • Good written communication skills and an eye for design
