We are seeking a dedicated and passionate leader to oversee the Pre-Kinder team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Early Childhood Education principles.
About This Role- This is a permanent full-time position commencing in 2026.
- The Pre-Kinder Coordinator will be responsible for leading the Pre-Kinder team to deliver high-quality Christian education, developing students for life through Christ.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a smooth transition process into Kindergarten is maintained.
This role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of young children and contribute to the growth and development of our educational program.

Key Responsibilities- Lead the Pre-Kinder team to deliver high-quality Christian education.
- Develop and implement effective educational practices with a distinctively Christian approach.
- Collaborate with other teams to support the development of students and ensure a smooth transition process into Kindergarten.
This role requires a high level of organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills, who can lead by example and inspire others to achieve excellence.
